Shipping Information
Orders must be placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays) to qualify for 1-7 day shipping. Weekends are not included in the delivery area. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled after submission.
*Please note that all international orders may incur additional customs fees upon receipt, for which we are not responsible. Orders returned to the company will not be accepted or refunded if customs duties, shipping costs, or any other fees are payable upon receipt.
Order shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times. During promotional events or peak order periods, processing and shipping times may be significantly longer. Due to varying processing and shipping times, products within the same order may be shipped in batches.
