Return & Refund Policy


Overview Items must be brand new, unused, and include original tags and hangtags to be eligible for return. Items not meeting these conditions will not be refunded and may be donated.


We offer return options depending on whether the item qualifies for return: Print Labels and Deliver to Courier

Please pack the returned item, print/affix labels, and send it to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your return.

Can I return multiple items in one box?


Some items need to be sent to different warehouses. If you receive multiple return labels, please ensure you use the correct label for each item. This is essential for successful return processing. Using our labels, you only need to pay the return fee once per order.


For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please submit a return request within 45 days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
